Need to make some changes? Easy peasy! Just tap the hamburger menu, select “View Profile,” and you’ll see an option to “Edit.” Update your info, and don’t forget to save those changes! We want to make sure everything’s just right for you.
We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you must, here’s how: just like when updating your account info, tap the hamburger menu and select “View Profile.” Scroll down until you find “Delete My Account,” then tap and follow the steps. It happens! Just tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen, and we’ll send you an OTP code to your phone number or a reset link to your email. Follow the instructions, and you’ll be back in action in no time.

It’s super simple! Open the app, choose your favorite restaurant, grocery store, or e-commerce partner, and browse through the menu. Add what you like to your cart, review your order, and hit “Place Order.” Our drivers will handle the rest, making sure everything is perfect before delivery!
This feature was previously available, and we’re excited to bring it back soon! Soon, you’ll be able to plan your orders in advance and have them delivered at your preferred time. Keep an eye out for updates!
Once your order is on its way, you can track it in real-time right from the app. Just tap “Track Order” to see where your delivery is, from pickup to your doorstep.

We get it, plans change! You have 60 seconds to cancel your order directly in the app after placing it. After that, if the order hasn’t been prepared yet, you can call our customer service team at +212620002009, and they’ll do their best to assist you.
You’ll see a confirmation screen in the app right after placing your order, and we’ll also send you a confirmation via push notification or email. If you don’t receive one, check “My Orders” or contact support to double-check.
