These Terms of Sales govern the use of iladary’s services and constitute a legally binding agreement between iladary and our customers in Morocco. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

  • These Terms of Sales apply to all orders placed through iladary’s online platform.
  • By accessing or using our platform, you accept and agree to these terms, which are compliant with Moroccan law and regulatory standards.

2. Ordering Process

  • Order Placement: Orders are placed online through the iladary platform. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and estimated delivery time.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been confirmed for delivery. Once confirmed, cancellations may not be available, subject to Moroccan consumer rights laws.
  • Order Modification: You may request modifications to your order prior to confirmation. Any changes after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and promotional offers.
  • Payment Methods: iladary accepts secure online payments through recognized third-party providers. All payment data is handled securely and complies with Moroccan financial regulations.
  • Billing Errors: If a billing error occurs, iladary reserves the right to rectify the charge, notifying you of the adjustment in accordance with legal requirements.

4. Delivery and Timelines

  • Delivery Locations: Delivery is available within designated zones in Morocco. You will be informed if your location is outside our service area.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: iladary aims to deliver within the estimated timeframe but does not guarantee exact timing, particularly during peak hours.
  • Delivery Fees: Fees may apply based on distance and service availability. These fees will be displayed prior to checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Perishable items are non-returnable. Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within a specified period under Moroccan consumer law. Contact our support team for assistance.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. iladary reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of non-compliance with our return policies.

  • iladary is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our platform, to the extent permitted by Moroccan law.
